Your account and password

Signing in, what to do if you are locked out during the beta, and closing your account.

You sign in with your email and password. If you are signed in and want to change your password, use your browser's saved-password tools or ask us; automatic reset emails are not wired during the internal beta.

That is an honest limitation of the beta stack, not a permanent one. If you are locked out, the reset page tells you exactly how to get back in by hand, so you are never stranded.

You can close your clinician account at any time. Closing your account does not delete a family's data; each family controls their own.

Step by step

  1. Locked out? Open Forgot your password on the sign-in page.

During the beta this is an honest help page with a manual reset, because reset emails are not wired yet.

Step 1: Locked out? Open Forgot your password on the sign-in page.
  2. Follow the steps there to get back into your account.

When email is wired, this becomes the usual one-click reset.

Good to know

  • This is a known beta gap, named on purpose so you are never left guessing. It changes when the email service is connected.
  • To change the email on your account during the beta, write to us and we will update it.
