Get a reminder to practice

Two calm ways to remember practice: add it to your calendar, or opt in to a gentle email. Both are optional.

Home practice works best as a small, regular habit. If a reminder helps you keep it, Articarry offers two, and both are entirely optional.

You can download a calendar file and drop practice into whatever calendar you already use. Or you can opt in to a gentle reminder email. There is no reminder unless you ask for one.

Reminders are a nudge, never a nag. A missed day is normal and not worth worrying about.

Step by step

  1. From your home screen, choose to add practice to your calendar or turn on email reminders.

    The calendar option downloads a file your phone or computer calendar can open.

  2. That is all. Change your mind any time and turn reminders back off.

Good to know

  • Reminders are off until you turn them on. Nothing is sent to you by default.
  • A good rhythm is a few minutes, most days, in the same kind of moment: after a snack, before a story.
