Two calm ways to remember practice: add it to your calendar, or opt in to a gentle email. Both are optional.
Home practice works best as a small, regular habit. If a reminder helps you keep it, Articarry offers two, and both are entirely optional.
You can download a calendar file and drop practice into whatever calendar you already use. Or you can opt in to a gentle reminder email. There is no reminder unless you ask for one.
Reminders are a nudge, never a nag. A missed day is normal and not worth worrying about.

From your home screen, choose to add practice to your calendar or turn on email reminders.
The calendar option downloads a file your phone or computer calendar can open.

That is all. Change your mind any time and turn reminders back off.
Good to know
- Reminders are off until you turn them on. Nothing is sent to you by default.
- A good rhythm is a few minutes, most days, in the same kind of moment: after a snack, before a story.
